What is Gemap?
GEMAP is a business consultancy that has 38 years of experience. Its head office is in Viladecans.
We specialize in advising small and medium-sized companies on Human Resources and on Financial, Fiscal and Commercial Management. We advise professional and private individuals as well as entrepreneurs.

Joan Pañella Martí
Founding Partner and General Manager of Gemap
A graduate in Social Sciences who works independently, a social/occupational auditor for ESADE and a graduate in Law from the UEM (the European University of Madrid), he has devoted his life to study and to implementing improvements in the Spanish socio-occupational system.
In 1987 he decided to leave the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in order to found Gemap. Also committed to improving the functioning of entrepreneurship, he has been, since 2004, the initiator and President of the Spanish Association of Socio-Occupational Auditors.

Our team
The heart of Gemap is its team. We are a group of more than 70 professional, multidisciplinary people who work together to propose effective solutions that are adapted to the needs of each client.
